This is an outside location and is subject to cancellations due to weather. If this location is cancelled due to bad weather, a rain location (if reserved) will be used.
At no time should any equipment be preset and left unattended in this location.
Only AC power source available are 2 outlets on the Commons brick wall.
- Lycoming (Residence Hall) Lawn
This is an outside location and is subject to cancellations due to weather. If this location is cancelled due to bad weather, a rain location (if reserved) will be used.

Only AC power source available is located in the lounge on bottom floor of the inside of the Lycoming Building.
- Academic Quad
This is an outside location and is subject to cancellations due to weather. If this location is cancelled due to bad weather, a rain location (if reserved) will be used.

Only AC power source available is located in the sides of the patio of the Student Services Center.

- 230, Multicultural Center (MCC)
Electric projection screen will not respond to controls unless a labeled light switch is powered on. This is because the electric screen is tied into the same switched circuit as one of the main lighting circuits.
The data connection for this room is located at the front of the room near the audio inputs. It is marked "Data" in handwritten sharpie.
There are two voice (phone) connections for this room. Both connections are labeled "PHONE". The operational connection is located at the column in the middle of the room. The voice connection at the front of the room does not work.
- 240, Fireside Lounge
Equipment may be preset approximately 1-2 hours prior to an event or a scheduled sound check, but cannot be left unattended. If presetting equipment for an event that begins as soon as the building opens the next morning is required, set the equipment as close to the building close time during the previous night.
If using portable lighting with any sound system or with multiple electrical components, the AC power for the portable lighting must be taken from the hallway between the School Store and MCC.
The fireplace is gas-powered and is controlled by a remote control located somewhere in the Student Activities office.

No fund raisers are allowed in this area.
- 332, Phone Lobby

- 345 A&B, Multipurpose Rooms
Multi-purpose A&B dimmable lighting - Dimmable lighting is controlled via knobs within a blue metal panel at the rear of Multi-purpose room B (345B). Use key #8 from the keybox located in the Student Activities Office.

When connecting Cable TV signal to a TV, the signal/connection must be taken from inside the Ballroom, usually BR3.
