Small Sound System (FOH Rack only)

Function 2 of 2

This functionality usually uses the FOH rack, two passive speakers and two speaker stands. The Small Sound Stage Rack (fuzzy box) IS NOT USED IN THIS SYSTEM SETUP.

Setup Steps:

• Put the speakers on the stands.
• Connect the two speaker cables from the bottom rear of the rack to the speakers (one cable per speaker).
• Plug in the power cable for the FOH rack.
• Turn on the rack and you’re ready to go.

Troubleshooting

• Is the main power to the system powered on?
• Is the amplifier powered on? Note: The amplifier is normally dimly illuminated when it is plugged into a power source but is not powered on. When powered on, the amplifier glows brightly.

Equipment Strike (clearing equipment) Considerations

• DO NOT disconnect the speaker cables from the rear of the amplifier in the FOH rack.
