The FSU is a study-abroad exchange partner with Bloomsburg University.

To be eligible for the program, students must

1. be enrolled at Bloomsburg University or at a University in the PA State System of Higher Education
2. be in good standing at the university
3. have completed two years of college German above the elementary level, or the equivalent, by the beginning of the program.
