Fall 2022 SCUBA Course Schedule

Notice:If you are interested in getting certified for SCUBA or
if you are certified and want to go diving, please contact: Luke Springman by email: lspringm@bloomu.edu

  1. All meetings are mandatory. It is very difficult to make up missed meetings, so please take extra care to check your calendar. If there is a conflict, contact the instructor immediately.

  2. Homework preparation is required. You may be dismissed from the course if you do not prepare for class. There are no refunds for the textbook if already paid.

  3. The course consists of at least ten sessions: classroom, pool and open water.


You must watch this video before the first class (link below). You will be quizzed on the content of the video. Failure to review the video will disqualify you for the class. Only students with a commitment to the sport will be allowed to participate.
