An introductory course that explores the computer as an expressive art-making tool. The course introduces basic vector and raster software technologies while emphasizing individual creativity. Formal design standards and principles are emphasized along with creative problem solving, experimentation, and artistic expression. (3 credits) Prerequisite: none
