Cemetery Raw Data -- Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, USA

The unprocessed cemetery records for Bloomsburg and surrounding communities are available for download. The primary occupations of the 9000+ individuals in this data set were farming and textile manufacturing. There was no apparent seperation among cemeteries of people of different socio-economic classes. Instead, upper-class families simply had more elaborate markers and stonework on their plots.

In the data set, one line record represents a single individual. Birth year, death year, and sex are given for each individual; additionally, birth month and death month are included when available. The data set is available in tab-delimited, space-limited, and comma-delimited formats:
