Determining Fragment Size Using Excel (revised)

I don't think it will be possible to determine size from any of these. So, use the diagrams hyperlinked below. Measuring from the front edge of the wells and bands, determine the size of the bands in lanes 3-6 and the orientation of the inserts in the two diagrams. Include your analysis in your lab notebook. Also include picture(s) of your group's gel and reasonable explanations for the results you obtained.

INTRODUCTION TO PCR
