You are a victim if:

You have been assaulted, physically or sexually. |

You have had something stolen or intentionally damaged by another person. |

Someone has run up your phone card or credit card bills by using your numbers, without your permission. |

You have been harassed or stalked. |
 |
You have received harassing, obscene or threatening phone calls or email. |
 |
Or someone has done anything else to you that is identified as a crime in the PA Crimes Code. |

You have the Counseling Center at 389-4255 |

You have the Student Health Center at 389-4451 |

Here are some means of restitution depending on your situation and
type of loss:

Your medical or homeowner's insurance. |

Criminal prosecution of the person who caused your loss.
The court can order the person to make restitution to you.
