You are a victim if:

	You have been assaulted, physically or sexually.
	You have had something stolen or intentionally damaged by another person.
	Someone has run up your phone card or credit card bills by using your numbers, without your permission.
	You have been harassed or stalked.
	You have received harassing, obscene or threatening phone calls or email.
	Or someone has done anything else to you that is identified as a crime in the PA Crimes Code.

If you are a resident hall student:

	You have a built-in support network thru your CA and Grad
	You have campus police at 389-4168
	You have the Counseling Center at 389-4255
	You have the Student Health Center at 389-4451
	You have an Advocate. That's me. Call 389-5283.

Here are some means of restitution depending on your situation and
type of loss:

1.	Your medical or homeowner's insurance.
2.	Criminal prosecution of the person who caused your loss. The court can order the person to make restitution to you. (A separate means of compensation is Civil Prosecution)
3.	The Crime Victim's Compensation Board.
